We’d been having some issues with sewage backup on and off since moving back to the area in 2024 and were on the search for a great, locally owned, plumbing company to remediate the problem. After several months, and a few different companies, we stumbled onto Inland Trenchless. I gave them a call and Eric was out, same day, to take a look at what was going on, get our history of the issue, and explore solutions with us. When Eric arrived, he pulled up the city’s record of the wastewater plumbing and pipes in the area. He walked me through the structures in the road, how they fed from further up the road, how our house was tied into its own sewer system that ran parallel with the city’s larger main, and all of the other details surrounding our plumbing situation. Long story short, Eric is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also wants the best outcome for his customers. When it came time to remediating the issues, he offered us several options and then told us what he would do, if the house were his. We were happy with the plan, the cost, and their availability. We scheduled with Inland and they completed the work in a half day’s time. Eric and the crew were approachable, considerate, and executed the work in a professional manner. If we have any further plumbing needs in the foreseeable future, I’m going to give Eric and Inland Trenchless another call. They were able to use their advanced equipment to pull a pipe through our broken pipe without having to touch the rock wall. They not only fixed everything perfectly but make it look as good as new. Our realtor recommended them as she is very aware of contractors and knew Inland Trenchless did some very big jobs on the south hill.
